"Unfortunately the air conditioning went out on us in the evening and a water leak on our floor."

"We have stayed at this property a few years ago so we knew that this was an older hotel but it has definitely went down hill. They are building a brand new hotel right next door so I think they are doing the bare minimum maintenance and upkeep to the original hotel. Housekeeping consisted of taking your used towels and giving you new towels and that was it. Trash was never taken out. I will say the king size bed was very comfortable. There are no coffee pots in the rooms so if you are an early riser just know that coffee in the office does not open till 7am. I will give the Waterfront Social restaurant a 10/10. Great food and service. The workers in the marina shop were also very nice and helpful. Overall we love this area but will probably not book this hotel again until they get the new one built. Not worth the price tag at this point."

"The hotel seems fairly new, however, the issues with the rooms don't seem to be kept up. Our bathroom fan was broken; lights weren't connected to the room switches in the sofa area or bed area; safe battery was dead; a/c was making a weird whistling noise. Although the room was nice and set up nicely, these were just issues that should be resolved."

"Love this vacation rental on the beautiful Rainbow River. This is our 5th year staying at this property and we’ve already booked again for 2027. House has everything you need for your stay, as the host keeps property well maintained and well stocked with essentials. We always use the kayaks and paddle boards provided. Great for couples or families. Book your dates and enjoy. You will not be disappointed."
