The room was a little run down, specifically the bathroom. Not glamorous but the place served its purpose. The location is great and the restaurants/bars are fantastic. The 4 star rating is misleading, I would have been less disappointed if it were listed as a 3 star hotel.

Room was clean and spacious. Also we had a beautiful view of the river. Hotel was busy the weekend we stayed because it was Halloween. But still enjoyed our trip!! Location of the Marriott was close to Bourbon St. and great restaurants.
