The unique rooms and layout. Definitely a different type of stay than what I am used to. Culture based for sure.
The staff were nice and worked very hard to please. Location was great. Just enough distance to walk some of the old city to get to the Blue gate and close enough to quickly get out of the old city when needed.

Manager Latifa was wonderful. I stayed in a Mezzazine room overlooking the street. Rather noisy throughout the night, bathroom shower head kept dripping all night. Bathroom needs some renovation . Excellent breakfast

They need to improve on the twin beds rooms the beds are so small that only a 12-15 year can sleep And you cant turn left to right and vise versa my legs were hanging off the bed Please I recommend a 5 foot double bed as enough room for two beds and it doesn’t cost much to replace Hope next trip ...

Excellent high end property with welcoming staff (Hagar at the reception and Said in food and beverage gave great service) spacious rooms and great location between Fes and Meknes an aqua park in the summer time. Thank you for a memorable stay.
