This charming ground floor flat, just 20 metres from the sea, is ideal for families and can accommodate 4-5 guests. It has a covered terrace at the entrance and a more private terrace with barbecue area behind the house. The flat comprises two bedrooms with double beds and a pull-out couch in one of the rooms. A sandy beach is a comfortable 2-minute walk away, just 140 metres from the flat.
The stylishly furnished kitchen area is well equipped with a ceramic hob (4 hotplates), oven, fridge with freezer compartment, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, microwave and dishwasher, as well as a dining table, sofa and satellite/cable TV. The bathroom has a shower, toilet, washing machine and hairdryer. Air conditioning in the hallway cools the entire flat.
Other amenities include free WiFi, a private car park, a hoover, an iron and an optional high chair and baby cot. Pets are welcome for an additional fee. The owners live on site and are available if required.
