The ground floor features a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, and one bedroom with a private bathroom and direct access to the terrace. The living room opens onto a covered terrace with a large dining table and a gas barbecue, ideal for outdoor gatherings and summer evenings.
On the upper floor, there are two bedrooms with double beds, private bathrooms, and access to a large terrace.
