Located just 300 m from a sandy beach and near the center of Šilo, this holiday home is perfect for a family or group of 6. The 115 m² house features 3 air-conditioned bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, an extra toilet, a spacious living room with satellite TV, and a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, oven, and dining area.

Enjoy your time outdoors in the private fenced garden (300 m²), relax on the 25 m² balcony, or cool off in the private pool. A dedicated game room (25 m²) includes a PlayStation, table soccer, and a children’s corner, ideal for indoor fun.

Two bedrooms have direct access to the balcony, and all rooms offer satellite TV and air conditioning. Additional amenities include a washing machine and private parking.
