The house is spread over two floors, with a total living area of 90 m², and sits on a 310 m² plot. On the ground floor, there are two bedrooms with double beds, both equipped with air conditioning, and a bathroom with a shower, sink, hairdryer, and washing machine. Both bedrooms have access to a terrace that leads to the garden.
Upstairs, you’ll find an open living space with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and a spacious living room. The kitchen has all modern appliances, while the dining area seats six people. The living room offers a comfortable sofa that can serve as an additional bed for two people. There’s also access to a terrace with a table for six, with stairs leading down to the yard, where you can relax by the pool. The yard features a private pool with sun loungers and a large stone barbecue, perfect for preparing Mediterranean dishes. Two parking spaces are available, along with Wi-Fi throughout the house.
Klimno is a quiet village, yet just 50 metres from the house, you’ll find a supermarket, restaurant, pizzeria, bar, bakery, and playground. Rijeka Airport is only 11 km away, the bus station is 50 m from the house, and the ferry to the islands of Cres and Rab is 20 km away.
