Villa Lota covers 100 m² of indoor space and offers bright, spacious rooms. The ground floor is open and includes a modern fully equipped kitchen, a dining area with a table for five, and a living room. The kitchen is fully equipped for all your cooking needs. Available are an induction hob, a spacious fridge with freezer, an oven, a dishwasher, a coffee machine, a kettle, and even a wine cooler for drinks and an ice maker to ensure refreshing drinks by the pool or on the terrace. All utensils and cutlery are carefully selected to meet modern kitchen standards.
The living room is furnished with a comfortable sofa, which can be converted into a bed for one guest (90x200 cm), and a Smart TV for relaxation. Wi-Fi is available throughout the house, ensuring worry-free connectivity.
On the first floor, there are two elegant bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. The bedrooms are equipped with double beds (180x200 cm), air conditioning, a TV, and a vanity table. The bathrooms include a shower, sink, toilet, and hairdryer. Bed linen and towels are provided upon arrival. Additionally, a crib and high chair are available.
The utility room on the ground floor offers a washing machine, iron, ironing board, and other cleaning supplies, ensuring complete comfort even for longer stays.
The exterior of the villa is designed with perfect relaxation in mind. The main feature of the garden is the heated pool with an automated system and saltwater system (no chlorine tablets) and a hydro-massage jet, surrounded by loungers on a spacious sun terrace. The outdoor shower and beautiful shaded terrace offer the perfect space for relaxation. The bio-mechanical pergola allows adjustment of shade and sun, providing comfort throughout the day. There is also a covered terrace with a dining table for five and a gas grill where you can prepare delicious Mediterranean dishes.
For complete indulgence, a handcrafted Finnish sauna (Kraft made 6 kW) is also available.
The garden is fully fenced, ensuring privacy and safety. In addition, the house is equipped with two parking spaces protected by automatic sliding gates with remote control, as well as an alarm system and CCTV cameras with entry sensors. A Siemens AC 7.4 kW electric car charger is also available, a bonus for environmentally conscious guests.
