"Beautiful cabin! Air conditioner didn’t cool the whole cabin though. My only other complaint is they did not tell us the refrigerator had to be turned down so we lost some food and refrigerated items by the next day at checkout. The light was on in the fridge but it wasn’t cold. Would recommend otherwise though."

"When I couldn't figure out how to adjust the air conditioner, the front desk clerk instantly found someone else to run the desk and followed me to my room, where he showed me where on the wall (not on the air conditioner!) the controls were located; and demonstrated how to use them. Excellent service! The included breakfast was also very complete, with assorted juice, coffee, hot chocolate, fruit, berry compote, yogurt, granola, scrambled eggs, sausage patties, ham and cheese croissants, hot oatmeal, assorted cereal, and bake-your-own Belgian waffle batter and whipped cream. Our room was spotless, and the whole establishment clean and efficient. The hotel is right in downtown Jackson with included parking, which was really convenient. Great stay overall!"

"We had a great stay the Golden Eagle Inn! We rented the house and it was perfect for our family of 5. It had wonderful amenities including a full kitchen and laundry. The place was clean, the property was charming and we LOVED the location! The best coffee ever at Persephone just a block away, walking distance to the center of town. Will definitely stay again!"
