"The room was clean, comfortable, the view of the mountains was great. I gave four stars because we were told that they’re short staffed and multi days stay would not get room service. We had to call to get clean towels, and empty our own waste baskets. Other than that we had a great restful stay. One thing that was funny was the keys they gave us were actual keys and not the credit card type."

"The 1-bedroom suite we had was spacious and clean, and had all the amenities needed. Staff seemed positive and helpful. The property was well-maintained and we appreciated the free coffee, hot chocolate and cider station at the reception. Ample parking in the back and hotel was close to shops, restaurants and gas station. The gym and sauna in the basement were a bit dated and felt creepy."
