"Such a cozy comfy spot. They upgraded us for free to a beautiful, huge suite. It’s outdated but the sumptuous luxury still shines through. We got croissants and muffins fresh & hot from the oven- delicious! HVC worked great. Bed was so comfy. Everything stocked you need in luxurious bathroom. Easy upgrade suggestions would be more electric outlets for plugging in modern necessities such as phone, computer. We were treated royally & wish we we’re staying much longer& could dine as well. Kudos!"

"Shared room. The other guests were pleasant. I was on the 2nd floor. Stairs only that I'm aware of. Secure entry. Awesome art on the walls! Close to coffee shops, bars, and stores. Walkable area."

"Lovely large room. The window view was phenomenal especially at night. Staff was courteous. Especially appreciated to complimentary shuttle to the train station. The hotel was across the road from the “One of a Kind Christmas Craft Show”. Appreciated the close proximity as visiting the craft show was our primary reason for visiting Toronto. "
