"The proprietors were charming folks and resident Alaskans. They provided a wonderful breakfast, taking into account our dietary preferences. They also were interesting in that they housed firefighters who had been working to control wildfires threatening some of Alaska's beautiful natural areas."
"It was very nice, the personal hygiene products available for guests were "doce" ...a refreshing alternative to the stanard off-name brands in other hotels. "
"The Wedgwood Resort maintains a good standard of cleanliness throughout the property. Rooms and common areas were generally well-kept, and housekeeping was attentive to requests. While there’s still a little room for improvement in attention to detail, overall the resort provides a comfortable and clean environment for guests."

"This location served our needs perfectly. It was clean and easy to find. The beds were SO comfortable. The kitchen had coffee and creamer, a well functioning coffee maker, and a nice fridge and microwave.Parking was easy. There is a great bakery within walking distance. The price was very very fair. I wish I’d known that the access to the bathroom was through one of the bedrooms. The person using the other bedroom, has to go through the “master bedroom” to access the bathroom. But, it wouldn’t stop me from booking there again. Wi-Fi was good. Easy check in. "

Bridgewater Hotel, Trademark Collection by Wyndham

"The hotel is located in downtown. It's right along the river. They had a nice river walk. It was close to shopping and a lot of places to walk and get food. There's a barbecue place right around the corner and an ice cream truck in the parking lot across the street from the barbecue place that stays open until 10 PM. The staff there always greeted us when we came in. Asked if we were having a good day, if we needed anything. Very friendly, nice. Our hotel room was clean. I felt very secure there. You have to use a key card to get into the building and also in order to use the elevator to go up to your floor. Enjoyed my stay "
