"The proprietors were charming folks and resident Alaskans. They provided a wonderful breakfast, taking into account our dietary preferences. They also were interesting in that they housed firefighters who had been working to control wildfires threatening some of Alaska's beautiful natural areas."
"Property was centrally located in the downtown area of Fairbanks, restaurants were walkable. Hotel was clean. AC didn’t work as well as we would have wanted but who would have thought you would need ac in Alaska. Didn’t realize the homeless population was that bad, but they did a good job of keeping them out of the hotel. "
"We stayed here for one night and was happy that there was adequate food available in the hotel store since all the restaurants nearby were closed when we arrived."

"The hotel is located in downtown. It's right along the river. They had a nice river walk. It was close to shopping and a lot of places to walk and get food. There's a barbecue place right around the corner and an ice cream truck in the parking lot across the street from the barbecue place that stays open until 10 PM. The staff there always greeted us when we came in. Asked if we were having a good day, if we needed anything. Very friendly, nice. Our hotel room was clean. I felt very secure there. You have to use a key card to get into the building and also in order to use the elevator to go up to your floor. Enjoyed my stay "

"Great communication with property owner! Place is clean and simple.Short walk to downtown. The washer/dryer very convenient! Any issues we had were promptly resolved. I would stay here again!"
"Stephanie was amazing! It was a little warm and I didn’t know Alaska homes don’t come with AC (spoiled Floridian here) and within an hour they came by and installed an AC unit for me! Everything was amazing and I would definitely stay here again!"
"This was an amazing space, easy to check in/out, clean and smartly furnished. The overview, "Where Style Meets Comfort" was spot on! And the convertible office space was exactly what I needed for an all-day zoom meeting I had to take while there. We would definitely stay here again next time in Fairbanks. "
"Beautifully designed with every detail accounted for a home away from home comfort, relaxation and cozy stay. Close to everything and best of all wonderful, caring, friendly owners that welcome you with open arms. Responsive and helpful with any questions. We’ll be sending all of our friends here and our 1 & only place to stay from here on forward. Rebecca & Dave thank you for your amazing hospitality . "
