Dole 2024 Holidays

Nothing I disliked. I like the position of this hotel because it is very convenient for public transport and I like the consistency of the Novotel brand.

Amazing staff (very helpful and nice), very clean hotel, very central. Would definitely stay here again.

Second stay here. Love the hotel and the design. I do think the restaurant staff need to seriously up their game. Frustratingly unattentive for dinner and breakfast

Have stayed in Grenoble many times, first time here. Very nice bar area open until 11p. Staff, especially the breakfast staff, were very friendly and helpful. Tram is right in front - easy access to all of Grenoble. Will come back next time I am in Grenoble!

We booked for one night and really just needed the room to sleep. The location was okay and the room was clean. The gentleman who checked us in was perfectly friendly and helpful, though when we asked if there was more parking nearby (as the small lot was full), he suggested we just park in the fire lane or handicapped space, as no one else was expected to come in that evening. Naturally, we did not do that, but instead waited for someone else to leave (about an hour later) so we could park in a normal place. My only comment about the room itself was it was WAY too hot and we couldn't turn down the heat, so we slept with the window a bit open to let in the cool February air and just dealt with the street noise.
