"Pleasantly surprised upon entering house. The home was very clean and linens/beds ready for use. The location is excellent for activities slightly north of Edinburgh. The walking trail across the street even offers some historical plaques about the area! Quiet neighborhood."

"This is a lovely place to stay. It has everything you need . We stayed here as we were going to a concert in Murrayfiels stadium and the location was perfect. The cottage was clean and location beautiful. Jack left a lovely bottle of wine and a welcome note. Will be coming back to this beautiful place Thanks "

"My husband and I loved our stay in this beautiful little cottage. The Cottage had everything needed for daily living and the kitchen was well equipped. Kinross is an amazing little town and the location is perfect. Dawn is a wonderful host. Highly recommend staying here! "

"This is a 2-bedroom lodge with a kitchen/living area and bathroom. It is in a community of several lodges, some holiday lets, and some homes. The lodge had everything we needed for a 6-day stay. We found exactly what we needed for day-tripping and we would return if we were back in that area"

"Beautiful location on a quiet country track, stunning big garden . Cottage was the perfect size for us and our 3 children . Spotlessly clean with everything in the cupboards you could ever need. Perfectly located for Edinburgh, The kelpies , Stirling castle etc. We loved our stay ,the owners were friendly and helpful and we got complimentary Scottish shortbread which was delicious."

Excellent set up and plenty space for family get togethers. Location was perfect too. Almost 20-30 mins away from most places of interest in the area. "Hollybank was clean, comfortable, quiet and we had an excellent stay. The welcome scones and eggs were greatly appreciated and it was easy to find and get in. We were looking for a home from home for ourselves and our dog whilst we had some work done on our house and Hollybank was perfect for that.
