"Comfortable bed, cool decor, clean, no weird smells. You can't hear your neighbors, but there is road/truck noise as it's right on the main road. Would definitely stay again. Good communication."

"We were very cozy at this home. Fully functioning kitchen, bathrooms, and grill made our stay especially nice. The Canyon just steps behind the home is stunning. Our hosts were wonderful and communication with them was great. Thank you."

"Great location. We used location for a base camp to travel to Arches / Canyonlands / Telluride and Durango. Nice quiet location to return to to have a quiet dinner and sit on deck. Town of Dolores is only a 5 minute drive with grocery and restaurants. Site is pet friendly with fenced area off of deck for your pup to explore while you sit and relax."
"Absolutely beautiful property, down in the Montezuma Valley. A vineyard and orchard are just out the door. They have a quaint little store where they sell homade goods. Breathing views and opportunities for lots of local adventure. Highly recommend!"
"Great house and great yard area for the kids to run around. Host was super kind and helpful. The setting, out in the sticks, was very nice and quiet. The house was also very much set up for kids which in our case was super nice. The kids we accepted every second with new toys and new places to explore. They even had little fairy houses about the yard that our kids went out hunting for and enjoyed finding. Great stay. "

"Host was amazing! We had all the amenities we needed, but having a few tvs in the rooms would have been nice. Very spacious, amazing views and we had deer right out the windows. 10/10 the home looks just like the photos. "
