"This was just a quick overnight stay as part of a longer trip home. Our rooms were clean and comfortable and adequate for our overnight needs. We did not have breakfast, only coffee, but many other guests were in the dining area the morning of our checkout and they seemed to be enjoying breakfast just fine. "

"The house was clean inside and check-in quite easy. The listing and check-in e-mail listed four outdoor parking spots and one in the garage. Instead there were two outdoor spots and the garage was not available to guests. We were hoping to use the garage because we had our e-bikes with us, but we managed without. The owner’s house manual was detailed and made being “green” easy. The beds and living room furniture were comfortable. We enjoyed hanging out in the shade of the back porch. The yard is overgrown and has not been maintained in a while. For our purposes - as a place to hang out and to sleep after exploring Mesa VerdeNational Park - this was a good value."

"We loved everything about staying on this farm. The Duncan's greeted us upon arrival and made sure we had everything we needed. The cabin was well stocked, immaculate and such a beautiful setting . You can see the love and pride they take in their whole 500 acres. They even brought us welcome gifts which was above and beyond. It was a great location to stay and site see in so many directions. We hope to return to explore more areas that we didn't have time to in our 5 day stay."
