We were greeted by the most friendly manager she was truly happy to welcome us. We got a welcome delicious alcoholic beverage made by the bartender and also got a surprise in our room with another drink and fruit it was truly special never had that before. We brought our rescue dog and he got lots of attention too from the staff. The tent is sooo fun clean, roomy and the pool is a great touch. Lots of little ants in the sink in the room but you need to expect bugs when in CR! The monkeys really only care to come close if you have food on the balcony. We saw all three species of monkeys in CR from our balcony it was awesome. "Overall the property was clean, beautifu and had very helpful staff, however, the rooms were a different story at least for my experience. The room had a musty smell to it and the bathroom had mold. Some of the outlets didn't work which were a little inconvenient but there were others to use thankfully. ..."
