"The property is exactly as described; an absolute gem in the middle of a quiet neighborhood. The hosts could not have been more welcoming and provided us with a lot of information about local events and a variety of activities we could do. There is a shop next door and a choice of boulangeries nearby. The Vieux Port, the Towers and the market are all within easy walking distance. We loved every minute we were there."

"Studio en centre ville mais l'immeuble est très vieux la cage d'escalier sent le vieux bois rance et c'est très sale, poussières et vétusté. Les 2 fenêtres donnent sur une petite cour et surtout sur le toit d'un restaurant d'où l'on entend les pigeons et les 2 Pompes à chaleur, c'est extrêmement sale visuellement et bruyant. "Very well located for everything in St Martin. Catherine was efficient and welcoming. But the studio feels neglected - the sofa bed is old and difficult to pull out, the shower is not modern and the tourist information left for guests included out of date bus timetables (which caused us much confusion!(. Also be aware that you have to pay for sheets, towels and teatowels."

"Un logement conforme à l'annonce et compétitif en terme de qualité /prix. Une ambiance hautement familiale. Un hôte exceptionnel : présent et disponible sans être intrusif, gentil et très généreux. Marc, notre hôte, nous a fait découvrir une spécialité regionale:l'eclade de moules Délicieux! Toute la famille (et surtout notre fille) a adoré. Il m'a accompagné faire les emplettes de fin de vacances (...), et, au moment de partir, nous avons encore été gâtés par ses attentions! Très sincère MERCI...
