"It was just a quick, cheap overnight stay but wouldn’t stay again. Very small room which unfortunately smelt heavily of smoke which for us was very unpleasant. But the bedding and towels were spotless, however would rather pay more in the future and guarantee a larger, smoke free room, even though it was meant to be a non smoking room! The staff though were friendly and helpful."

"We use Campanile a great deal so are always generally happy with their hotels. This one matched up to what we like and was generally very comfortable, though it is somewhat shabby: broken shutters, light not working, no hairdryer, damaged decor etc."

"We stayed in the chateau with six adults and 22 teenage girls, luckily the chateau is big enough that we weren’t on top of each other all the time. Camille (the property manager) enabled us to tour the chateau prior to our stay and answered any queries we had.Honestly you couldn’t ask for a nicer place to stay. "

"On arrival the gentleman on reception was very polite and helpful. Friendly warm welcome. We can not fault this hotel at all."

"Great hotel in a great spot for onward travel to Spain - not too far off the main route. Friendly on arrival and when we got a takeaway pizza he was helpful and provided a knife for us to cut it up!! Room was clean and comfortable and the air con was working - thankfully as it was super hot "

"The hotel is located in a service area in the middle of a toll road. Once you are inside the area, you will find it very difficult to go out and eat outside of the service area . This is due to the toll road and the huge detour you need to take to get in and out. We ended having to pay to exit the tool area and then pay to get back in. When we asked about this to the hotel reception, we got very confused and conflicted messages which was not helpful at all. Apart from that, the swimming pool is very nice, the hotel is ok but basic. "
