"Hotel staff were super helpful. The location could not have been better as we were attending an event at BC Place, which is right across the street. But if you are not attending the event and staying there you might as well be as you can hear it in your room. Great place for us!"

"We stayed for one night to attend a concert at BC Place. The location was within walking distance to the sky train to take from the airport when we arrived great restaurants and bc place. Room was a little dated but clean and the bed was so comfortable. Great stay."

"This is an amazing hotel. Everything is easily walked are grab thehop on hop off trolly. Perfect location for walking along the sea wall and getting on a cruise ship."

"Great location. Staff was warm and friendly. The hotel restaurant was decent. Breakfast buffet was a bit spendy at $40pp. Same with parking at $47 per night. Appreciated they allowed pets. The rooms were old and dated. Hallway walls marked up, rooms were dated, furnishings worn. For $450 a night; I was expecting something more updated. I guess they are undergoing renovations but not in our area of the hotel."
