"I really loved the personalised service provided by the owner as it is a family owned hotel and they go above and beyond to make you feel like you're at home. While my service was good, I was shocked to have management actually come into my room and look over my shoulder as I wrote my review! I certainly did not need the manager telling me what to say! The whole thing was weird!!!"
