Pictures are accurate -- the apartments are fully and engagingly decorated, baths are large and functional, and the kitchen is modern and mostly complete, with the use of the lovely gardens. "DON’T BOOK!!! The host cancelled the stay 2 hours before checkin after I had already landed in Vegas on the busiest weekend with all other hotels booked. I had to book another hotel & pay nearly quadruple what I would normally have paid. And then they refused to answer to refund the stay for days. $1300+."

"The chateau is such a gem. Situated in a huge park on the Loue it provides tranquility and style without being over the top. You won’t find any Ikea furniture. "Lovely little cottage in a peaceful location in Métabief area. Host was very communicative leading up to our arrival and made us feel welcome. Cleaning was arranged prior to arrival and they kindly gave us access to everything at the property. Great base for visiting Jura region and lakes north of Lake Geneva. Lake Neuchâtel is about an hour away and we visited Chamonix which was about 2 1/2 hours away."

"Excellent welcome from receptionist/waitress. Clean room with all basic needs met for an overnght stay with good bed and pillows. Well lit room. Some noise from next room. Poor choice in restaurant. No dishes of the day and no entrecote at 7 pm, which was the only appealing dish. Snall portion of sausage with 2 boiled potatoes and slice of ham with chips very overpriced, as was the wine.Very disappointed.. Breakfast selection also poor value at €14,50. Very safe large car park.. Convenient for access from Motorway.. fast foid restaurants and supermarket bearby."
