Private: natural state property 225 m2, terraced garden (not fenced), meadow. 150 m long bumpy, narrow motor access to the house (via unmade road). (8 steps). Public parking 80 m. Grocery 3 km, supermarket 6 km, bus stop 6 km, railway station "Domodossola" 6 km, pebble beach 47 km, indoor swimming pool 9 km. Nearby attractions: Domobianca 3 km. Part of the house is closed and unoccupied.
