"We have stayed here many times but it has been a couple of years since our last stay. We were very disappointed in the cleanliness. Floors looked like they had not been vacuumed in ages, sink and toilet were dirty. Also the tub faucet leaked constantly. There’s no daily housekeeping so you have to ask for towels and wash clothes daily. "

"Fun stay for kids with playroom upstairs, activities in the covered lanai area as well as a good size backyard to run around in. Cleanliness, overall was good. However, the water filter in the refrigerator receptacle should be replaced and there were tiny ants or mites around the kitchen table area (chalk it up to Florida living!). Might also want to include directions for living room tv/remote for easier access and less troubleshooting by guest. All linens were clean and in good condition. Property Manager note was friendly and hospitable with WiFi information and contact #. Only had to contact PM twice with non-urgent needs. One evening message went answered the next morning and the other morning of check-out text was replied to within minutes. Nice residential neighborhood, off of a busy street - but easy access and, again, appreciated the fenced yard."

"Hosts checked in to see if we needed anything. Everything very clean and they stocked up on everthing we might need. The back yard was private and perfect for our dog. "

"I would never stay here again. The road and driveway leading to the house is horrendous. If you have a lower car you will mess up the frame bouncing around on the craters that make up this road/driveway. Upon entering everything seemed alright at first glance. My son wanted wifi to unwind from the trip and the host has no idea what the password was, so no wifi the whole stay. My children stayed upstairs in the 2 bedrooms and my husband and i were to stay in the master. The master bathroom was discusting with the shower as the centerpiece of filth mold and mildew. The house had been aired out prior to our arrival. As we were there about an hour the entire downstairs smelled of wet dog and mildew. The coffee maker was growing mold inside. The couch was wet with visible stains so we could not even sit and relax in a comon area inside the house. We sat at a table outside on the half screened in porch along with a cat. Thankfully we arent allergic but if we were would have had to leave as the cat also followed us in multiple times. I could not even sleep in the master bedroom as I got so congested from the smell i had to sleep in one of the beds with my daughter the two other nights we were there. I would have left and found something else but there was no where else to stay with such short notice. I had booked this a month in advance and were left with no option but to stay. Turkeys pecked at my car and a wedding party barged in the morning we left 3 hours before chec."

"Heat was out for 4 nights. As a Turo host myself (renting out my personal cars to guest's) it is shocking to see the lack of manner's this host displayed. The house is extremely bare minimum. No drawers, only one TV in the living room, and the only decoration in the house is a painting, so it can hide their alarm system. Overall a very uncomfortable stay, mostly because of the host interaction, not so much the house.Even after the heat was out for 4 nights, she was watching the camera way too much, so she could charge us for additional guest's. I accidentally booked it with 2 guest's (even though I informed her that there would be 4 in my initial booking message) and she alleged to Vrbo that I had 7! There were only 3 of us every night, except 2 nights where instead of one grandparent joining us, both did for a total of 5.With all of that being said, the host refused any kind of refund for the heat being out, (literally woke up to 60 degree on the thermostat, 4 mornings in a row) but Vrbo after reviewing the situation, sent me 500. That should tell you all you need to know about working with this host."
