"No parking in the parking garage, rooms were not checked before stay. A lamp was missing a bulb, telephone cord was ripped out of the wall. Room was set up for 2 instead of 4 (we had 4 people on the reservation), the ac beeped even after maintenance came and fixed it. Dinner at the restaurant was very good. Food was delicious and the waiter was great despite being short staffed and having to double as a host. "

"The lobby area had plenty of seating, the rooms are spacious and clean but the best part was the staff. They were very friendly, welcoming and helpful. "

"There was no breakfast included and the only parking options is Valet parking for a fee of $30 per night. However, my stay felt luxurious and the staff was very pleasant and helpful. The location is also convenient to lots of things to eat and there is a lot of police patrols which makes you feel very safe. "

"The Metro streetcar was convenient to reach Downtown. Breakfast & Dinner selections well priced. Rooms clean beds comfortable. Front Desk staff personable & helpful."

"Room was clean had a nice view of the pool. No complimentary water in the room. A fan was provided in lieu of poor air conditioning. The TV was not a smart TV… these amenities are pretty basic in other hotels in the same area with a lower nightly rates. You are not allowed food from outside the hotel in the pool area even though their kitchen and bar close early. "
