"the room was comfortable but the whole property was quite clean though quite shabby and the bathroom was damp and there wasn't enough toilet roll and no spares available. the bed was comfortable and bedding clean and fresh. If you think that you are getting the place to yourself as the advert suggests then do not be fooled as you are not. "The apartment was very large, modern, and very clean. The street noise could be heard slightly through the window vents but was no problem to us. There were multiple skylights which were great to let the light in during the day. Sheila always answered my texts quickly and even came to make sure everything was good for us after we arrived. We are so happy we chose this apartment and would highly recommend to others with 4 people. 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. "

"Communication upon and during arrival was intermittent and took longer than anticipated. Many aspects of the apartment were less than ideal. There was a fresh spot of blood on the bed on the third floor, light bulbs were missing and continued to burn out, water pressure and hot water was very poor. There were very limited towels especially in the kitchen. And the host messaged me last minute that a maintenance man was going to stop by. That’s not ok with a group of girls and all of our valuables...

"We only had one night here, and although the parking is a tiny bit of an issue, you can park on the street or at one of the parking garages, and the hotel provides a discount for that. Special shout out to Chloe at the front desk who was incredible and should be given a gigantic raise. The hotel is lucky to have her. Lovely room overlooking City Hall and walkable to everywhere we wanted to go. We wish we could have spent more time in Belfast. Interesting and lively city and the hotel was the perfect base for us.
