We had a fantastic stay over St. Patrick’s weekend and would highly recommend this place! It was spotless, very well presented, and exactly as shown in the photos. The rooms were all a great size and really comfortable.The welcome box was a lovely touch and had everything we needed. Communication with the owner was also excellent they were so friendly and easy to deal with, which made everything stress-free.

A very amenable host! Comfortable beds. Clean and a decent base. Generous host with a few snacks which was very much appreciated. No hairdryer so take one with you. About a 20 minute walk in to the city. A few bars and food establishments nearby.

Firstly, the positives as there weren’t many. There was a welcome pack which has some goodies to start us off. The location makes most things walking distance. Unfortunately, these two positives don’t outweigh all the negatives. The host was poor in his communication as they didn’t answer my initial question about parking. When I contacted a few days before arrival they said we would receive the check-in instructions the morning of arrival. I asked again about parking and this was ignored. The instructions had to be chased up by myself and Vrbo and they were only provided while flying so I was unsure if I would have anywhere to stay when I arrived. The condition of the property was awful. Two of the beds (photos of these beds in review) need new mattress and it is shocking that the host think it is fine for people to sleep on them. The others mattresses just pass. The floor was sinking in the kitchen in places and there was a socket hanging off the wall as well as mould in the bathroom. The whole places needs to be renovated and cleaned throughout. won’t be staying at this property again
