"11/10. Could not be more pleased with our experience, particularly the graciousness of the staff (Franco, Gian-Luigi, and Svetlana (hopefully the correct name!). They went above and beyond for us and our 2 year old. The location just on the edge of Citta Alta was also extremely convenient, in additions to be steps away from the funicular to San Vigilio. The personal touch of the staff makes Le Funi a *must stay* for all travelers, and certainly for families."

"We loved the hotel. Great location for the citta Alta which was less than 5 mins walk. The funicular to the castle was next door and we could watch it from the hotel room. Very clean and good sized room with a fantastic shower. Staff were very helpful and arranged a breakfast to be bagged for us on the day we left as our flight was very early. It’s was a very nice touch and made the early flight a little easier. Thanks so much."

"Right from the moment I booked this room, everything was perfect. Communication was excellent and instructions of how to access the room were very clear. The room itself was plain and simple, but everything worked and was very clean. The a/c also was great - quiet, but efficient. Location-wise, it is absolutely wonderful for accessing the old town: very central and just steps away from a superb café/bakery, an ice cream shop and countless restaurants. Yet, the room was very quiet and tucked away. I would definitely go back and have already recommended it to friends."

"Lovely hotel in the heart of Alta Città. Staff were very friendly and the accommodation was clean and well maintained. The funicular railway is very near and therefore easy to get to the accommodation. Only downside is no air-conditioning but has a ceiling fan and is safe to leave windows open. Really good hotel."
