"Though they have an elevator we still had to walk up 2 1/2 floors to get to our room. Occasionally the elevator did not work. And they had to shut off the water on our last day so no shower, toilet flushing, etc. No one apologized or made any effort to accommodate us like by finding a nearby restaurant ..."
