"Lovely hotel, spotlessly clean and well located with free parking. Our executive room was large. Breakfast was really good with plenty of options. A young staff throughout all areas of the hotel but they were very pleasant and well directed by older, more experienced, members of the team. My only concern, especially for US guests, is the lack of air conditioning. Our first night was quite warm and the room was equally as warm. 2nd night was fine. I would have some concerns if the temp got above 22-24 degrees outside. Our room actually had a thermostat with specific instructions on lowering the temperature but it didn’t work. Still highly recommend the hotel."

"I’m not deducting a star for the rather unpleasant member of staff in the bar last night (Sunday 10.45pm ) However, it’s worth mentioning as management need to stub it out before it affects ratings. Unhelpful, unpleasant and came across as quite rude. It’s a shame as one of the duty managers made our drinks the previous evening and he was friendly and helpful throughout our interaction with him. The cocktail he made me was excellent. One of the best I’ve had. The hotel is lovely and well located, albeit parking is a nightmare. By all means park outside to offload passengers and luggage - you’ve got a maximum of 20 mins. You need to either park in the public car park 100yds away (chargeable) or at the Glasshouse underground car park (€12 per night) located nearby. The hotel has a few spaces but they’re always taken. I would assume by the guests from high end rooms. Our basic room was nice but a bit small and the shower cubicle was really tiny. All that said, we enjoyed our stay."
