Hello fellow travellers! We are delighted to bring you this review. As seasoned OS travellers we have had many varied experiences with accommodation and rarely do we find a true gem: this is one in Frankfurt city! From the moment we arrived for our one night stay to our transport pickup to the airport, the service was outstanding! They gave us a free late checkout, a nice spacious room & at no charge to hold all our luggage whilst we explored the city today: we arrived back & they graciously allowed us to sit in their foyer area for 2.5hrs whist waiting for our pickup: cold water was offered while waiting: plenty of nice ‘touches’ for this short stay. The staff went out of their way to look after us very well. The location and facilities were exactly as always, as supplied by Expedia: they are our preferred accommodation supplier for all our OS trips: simply brilliant! So, how did we rate this stay: a solid 5 Stars from us: we cannot think of any negatives. They are very close to transport at 3 kms from the city centre & a major shopping centre being 500 meters away. We go be this travellers gem the highest recommendation possible at below the A$200 price point: it balances value for money with super service, location & a quiet environment. A superb find! Staffs are nice. Not enough amenities . I had to kill cockroach

Everything is good but we charged double by mistakenly and they did refund but I don’t know why I haven’t received my refund yet

Quaint German Hotel. Great restaurant. We had a fantastic dinner the night of check-in. Unfortunately, we did not stay as we encountered what looked like cockroaches in our room and when we approached the front desk were told "they are not cockroaches" "they are wood bugs from the garden". In this day and age with the internet giving identification capabilities instantly I read "cockroach" and was on the way out. The girl at the front desk then gave me a room in the front of the Hotel w/o a "Garden Room" window. This room had been smoked in and with my asthmatic condition I could not stay especially when I found the same bugs under my nightstand. Come to find out (when I got back stateside) these are Ectobius vittiventris. the Amber Wood Cockroach, Amber Forest Cockroach, or Garden Cockroach. Which are not a storage pest, and completely harmless to humans as they feed only on decomposing plant. Without window screens and no A/C they will be there. I went back the next morning (after finding a great clean bugless hotel at midnight a short drive away) asking for a refund and was summarily dismissed and denied. I did not stay in the Hotel nor eat the "great breakfast" I paid for. Had the management (very combatant) not been insistent the bugs were not cockroaches; and better informed me, I would have stayed and not lost close to a thousand dollars!

Quiet, well-maintained hotel very close to S Bahn. I would stay again. Breakfast was very good. The fan provided in this very hot weather was quite noisy.
