We spent two nights at the Ibis. The room was very basic and had everything that is necessary for a good night sleep. The beds were very comfortable and the cleanliness was appreciated.

There are several properties, location is good. You can get everywhere either by foot or by bus .

Great service, great location, the staff were very friendly, breakfast was included, and it was good.

Room was booked on Expedia as including a cooked to order breakfast but hotel staff informed us only the buffet was included.

Villa Appiani is at a great location to get to center of Florence without being right in the center of it. It's a quite location where you can relax after a day of sightseeing and they have a great resturant. Also they provide shuttle service to the entrance of Florence at no extra cost. It's a bit of a walk but worth it. They have two drop off locations close to Florence or midway at another popular sightseeing stop. We really enjoyed staying there and would defenitely do so again if the opportunity arises.
