The 80 m² "Appartamento Pini" holiday apartment with a 60 m² courtyard is located in Cala Gonone, a seaside resort on the Mediterranean island of Sardinia. The apartment features a spacious, comfortable courtyard and is set in a residential area surrounded by pine trees. Inside, you'll find a living room with a well-equipped kitchen including a dishwasher, 4 bedrooms, and 1 bathroom, accommodating up to 8 guests. In summer, a second outdoor bathroom is available, shared with the owner’s snorkeling activities.

The apartment offers Wi-Fi, a fan, and a washing machine. Children are welcome. Enjoy meals outdoors in the courtyard or relax in the garden furnished with sun loungers and deck chairs.
