The Apartment and Its Amenities
Bright and airy, and located in a quiet area of the small village of Cala Gonone, the apartment is far from the hustle and bustle but just 400 metres from the sea. The roof is insulated with cork, a natural bark material that ensures an optimal climate in every season, complemented by state-of-the-art air conditioners in every room and a very fast and stable Wi-Fi connection—perfect for those who need to work remotely without interruptions.

The Verandas and Outdoor Areas
East-Facing Veranda: Spacious with a stunning view of the gulf (and the mountain to the left). It is fully furnished for al fresco dining and perhaps enjoying a good glass of wine at the table while relaxing on sofas, armchairs, and lounge chairs.

West Veranda: More intimate and with a view of the mountains, it allows you to enjoy the warm afternoon sun until sunset.

Private Garden: It features a covered gas grill and a secluded outdoor shower (with hot and cold water available all day), for the exclusive use of the attic floor.

Living Area and Kitchen
Living Room: Opening directly onto the veranda with a sea view, it also serves as a dining room or a charming and comfortable spot to work on your computer while enjoying the view. The furnishings are meticulously maintained to ensure thorough cleanliness (a handy vacuum cleaner is also available). The new beds, with extremely comfortable box springs and mattresses, ensure a perfect night’s rest.

Fully Equipped Kitchen: Brand-new, with a quartz worktop. It’s fully equipped for cooking on your own: you’ll find a refrigerator with a freezer, a dishwasher, a convection oven, a microwave, and all the necessary kitchen utensils.

Premium Bathroom and Amenities
The apartment features a full bathroom with a shower, toilet, bidet, sink, and washing machine. Hot and cold water (including for the outdoor shower) is guaranteed all day long by solar panels and an electric water heater.

We provide a full set of linens for the beds, bathroom, and beach.

Included: iron and ironing board, hair dryer, and a complete hair styling kit with a flat iron, brush, and other high-quality styling accessories.

The Area and Activities
Cala Gonone is striking for the diversity of its landscapes: to the south, towering cliffs and white pebble beaches (accessible by sea, by car, or on a hike); to the north, the endless stretches of fine sandy beaches at Cartoe, Osalla, and the Bidderosa Oasis.

The Supramonte: Rich in Barbaricina traditions and archaeological sites. You’ll discover wonders such as the Gorropu Gorge, the Su Gologone springs, and Cala Goloritzé (a climber’s paradise).

Sports and Adventure: Numerous breathtaking trails for hiking and mountain biking, kayaking, canoeing on the lake (Neulè Ecopark), scuba diving, a tennis court 500 metres away, and paragliding.

Access to the House and Safety
The apartment (located in the attic) is accessible from the shared garden via a distinctive spiral staircase with a landing and a sturdy railing. There is a fire extinguisher halfway up the staircase. The staircase leads to the small west-facing veranda, which is sheltered by a canopy and equipped with a safety gate (essential for the peace of mind of those travelling with children).

Areas for exclusive use: The entire apartment, the two private verandas, the outdoor shower, and the barbecue.

Shared areas: Exclusively the garden surrounding the house.

Safety features: Smoke and carbon monoxide detectors inside; video surveillance at all external access points to the property.

Availability and Support
Our goal is to make you feel at home, ensuring you have complete privacy and peace of mind. We won’t be intrusive, but we’ll always be at your complete disposal via messages on the platform or by phone for any logistical needs. Practical Information and Requirements
To ensure a quick and legally compliant check-in, please note the following:

Parking: All parking spaces around the house are open and free of charge.

Documents: Upon your arrival (or shortly before via message), we will ask you for photos of the identification documents of all guests for the mandatory public safety registration (Alloggiati Web).

Visitor’s Tax: In accordance with municipal regulations, we are required to collect a visitor’s tax of 1.50 euros per person per night, payable at check-in.
