The holiday rental is located right on the dike in the coastal resort town of Neßmersiel. From here, you can go on numerous excursions or simply enjoy the day and nature while sitting on one of the benches on the property. The property is home to miniature Shetland ponies, pigs, and rabbits. The holiday rental also features a free outdoor parking space.<br><br>The holiday rental shown is located on the ground floor and can accommodate up to two people (no pets allowed). The layout is as follows: <br><br>1 large living and dining area with a kitchenette. This includes a refrigerator, a ceramic cooktop with an oven, a microwave, a kettle, a coffee maker, and a selection of cooking utensils and dishes. There is also a small dining table with 3 chairs where you can enjoy your meals. <br><br>In the living area, you’ll find an L-shaped couch with a matching coffee table and an armchair, all of which invite you to relax and unwind. The living area is also equipped with a TV, a selection of glasses, and a board game. Furthermore, the living room offers a sweeping view of the green dike landscape.<br><br> Bedroom: Equipped with a 1.80 m × 2.00 m box-spring bed, complete with matching nightstands and lamps. There is also a spacious wardrobe with a mirror and a safe, as well as a chest of drawers that offers plenty of storage space for your belongings. Here, too, you’ll enjoy a sweeping view of the green landscape. The bed will be made upon your arrival. <br><br>Bathroom: The bathroom is equipped with a sink, a matching shelf, and a lighted mirror. Here you’ll find two toothbrush cups, as well as separate containers for cotton buds and cotton pads. A side cabinet next to the sink also provides space for your cosmetics and toiletries.
