We offer you a cozy vacation rental in typical North Sea style for your vacation.

It’s located in a prime spot in Dornumersiel. Restaurants, shops, a supermarket, and the beach are all within walking distance.

The vacation rental was freshly renovated in January 2024.

The ground-floor apartment is located right on the Siel, with a direct view of the water from its own large balcony. It measures approximately 48 square meters. The apartment features a bedroom with a double bed, a living room with a sleeper sofa, a kitchen, a bathroom with a shower/tub combination, and a huge corner balcony overlooking the Siel—just about 10 meters away—and the well-maintained front yard. Fishing on the Siel is also permitted with a fishing license. You can park your car in the apartment’s private parking space, which you can even see from one side of the balcony. We provide a basement storage room for your bicycles, ensuring they’re safely secured. A crib is also available, so you don’t have to bring your own. This, of course, includes a high chair, which we’ll also provide for you.

The balcony features a cozy seating area with four seats and cushions, along with a table, so you can comfortably start or end your day while enjoying the view of the decorative lighthouse. On the balcony, you’ll find a new Napoleon electric grill, which is entirely at your disposal. Two additional chairs are available as extra seating in the basement.

The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a drip coffee maker, a capsule coffee machine, a milk frother, a microwave, an electric stove, a small electric oven, a kettle, a sandwich maker, a toaster, and—as a special highlight—an ice maker for cool drinks.

For both kids and adults, the apartment features a TV, a DVD player, and a PlayStation 4 with a small collection of games and two controllers. A DVD collection with 34 movies is also available for you to enjoy cozy evenings with the family. Board games are also provided.

The apartment is centrally located in Dornumersiel, just a few meters from the town center with restaurants, a supermarket, small shops, and an ice cream parlor. The beach, with restaurants, beer gardens, and a mini-golf course, is a 15-minute walk away or a two-minute drive.
