"Treetops cottage is a delightful getaway in Dorset. Clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated. The Houghton’s are wonderful responsive hosts. The hardest part about staying was not wanting to leave. Everything you need for culinary tasks is at your fingertips in the homey kitchen. The patio is the perfect place to put your feet up with a cup of coffee. All this and only a short ride from Manchester. Loved it! Plan to return next year."

"Wish all rentals were this great!The house is charming, neat, soulful, nicely decorated and the kitchen is incredibly well stocked with everything a chef could want. This feels like a person's home, not an impersonal rental. The owner was super responsive when we had a few questions. Would stay here again anytime."

"We stayed at the Dorset Cottage Retreat for a long weekend in February. It was very comfortable for 2 parents, our teenager and our small dog. The cottage was cozy, clean and had everything we needed. The hosts were incredibly thoughtful and kind and we felt so well taken care of! It is very convenient to both Dorset and Manchester, Bromley and Stratton. "
