"When we first arrived after 1:00 PM and were told our room would not be ready until after 3pm. Upon checking in after 4:00 PM, the 3 of us, my wife, my son and I were given room keys for an upstairs room across the complex. Arriving in our room, we found it uncleaned. Walking back to the office and being reassigned to a 1st floor room. Upon entering this room, it was clean but only has 1 queen bed for 3 people. We returned to the office and were assigned another upstairs unit which also had no been cleaned. Upon returning to the office, we offered to wait for our original room, but were informed that the cleaning staff stops work at 3:00PM and leaves the premisses for the day. We were also informed that they were sold out that night. We began searching for an alternative property for the night, when a supervisor became involved who upgraded us to a suite and finally got us in a clean comfortable room. We had driven from Northern Arizona to Fredericksburg to visit family and this was a very poor reception for 3 weary travelers. The rest of their establishment was spot on. My son loved the large outdoor pool with a waterfall. The morning breakfasts were well presented and stocked. The hotel was quiet and neighboring guests were pleasant and we had a pleasant stay once we were coordinated with the room we had reserved a week or so in advance. "

"Enjoyed the loction, for sure. Free parking was great. The fire alarm in the middle of the night wasn't great, nor was the alarm clock in the room that went off also wasn't great. Then there was a sound of dripping water. All in Room 7. The temperature level wasn't also well-regulated, but can be adjusted. I love Fredericksburg and plan on returning. This was my first stay at this hotel, and we did enjoy our time there, especially our meals at the restaurant. Not sure if I would stay at this hotel again, but I would definitely eat at the restaurant again."

"Big room comfy bed. Actual doors to close off the bedroom to the living area. Best location to downtown shops n food like 4 mins and the creek in the back with sitting areas is so cute!"

"Technically there's nothing WRONG with the property...reasonably clean, etc. but, because it's Fredericksburg, the price of the rooms is hard to take considering they're Motel 6 quality. "

"Ateet Bhakta runs the hotel very well. He is welcoming and accommodating. The rooms are updated and clean. The location is perfect for exploring the main area of Fredericksburg. It's easy to get to with plenty of parking. "
