"We had a wonderful stay. The home truly had everything a family needs, much more than we expected. There were 14 of us and it is difficult to find a property large enough to accomodate everyone comfortably so this was a great find. The host Kim is very responsive and very sweet. We hope to return again!"

"Lovely home in a beautiful setting.Plenty of space to spread out, but very cozy at the same time.The path to the dock is extremely steep. Our group was younger and had no issues. It might be too much for someone who is not used to being active.I would highly recommend this rental."

"Beautiful, well-equipped home. Kind host. Boat house is awesome and kayaks are easy to get to. Only regret is I wished I asked about pontoon rental beforehand. So be sure to do that. I will definitely stay there again!!!!!"

"My husband and I stayed here with our daughter, son-in-law, two grandkids, and their dog, and we had a wonderful time. The house was great with plenty of space for everyone. It was so convenient having the boat right there available to rent, and we enjoyed fishing off the dock. The yard gave the kids and dog lots of room to run around and play, and we appreciated having games available for a rainy day. Jon’s communication was excellent throughout our stay. We would definitely stay here again!"

"We enjoyed our long weekend at Easy Breezy! There was plenty of space for the 8 of us (including a 4 year old and a 1 year old). The property was perfect and had something for everyone! The crew that love fishing had a blast and caught tons of fish off the dock. We enjoyed that the dock had shade but also spots for sun! We brought our Golden Irish and she might’ve had the most fun out of everyone! The dock was pet friendly for swimming and the property provided chairs, floats and even kayaks to make lake days more fun. Even though Lake Hartwell was at a lower water level because of the drought, the dock had deep water to jump into! The property was clean and we had no issues with hot water even with people showering back to back at the end of the day. Seemed like a very safe area, we enjoyed the neighborhood walking our dog. Beds were very comfy and plenty of towels/linens available. Bathrooms were updated and very nice! Jack/Jill style bathrooms were perfect for our two families! We loved the property and would recommend to anyone for a relaxing weekend. We even had a hiccup upon check in and Jamie called us immediately and resolved the issue in minutes. What a family and pet friendly paradise!!"

"Such a great place for us, our little kids, and our small dog! Dani & Jeff were great communicators and so helpful and welcoming to our crew. We loved that there was gradual-entry to the water as well as the dock. It’s on a quiet, clean inlet. And their restaurant suggestions were great! Easy to get into town for supplies, but far enough out to enjoy peace (and crickets frogs!). A lovely little retreat!"
