"Comfortable, Pet friendly. Don't plan on being able to use the dock as the walkway going to it is in disrepair and you have to climb an incline to even get to the shore because there are no stairs."

"This is a great property for a multi-generational get together. We were there for Clemson graduation. The house has great areas for getting together in group fashion. The house is semi-rustic but very comfortable. If we ever have to be in the area again, I will not hesitate to rent it."

"Such a great place for us, our little kids, and our small dog! Dani & Jeff were great communicators and so helpful and welcoming to our crew. We loved that there was gradual-entry to the water as well as the dock. It’s on a quiet, clean inlet. And their restaurant suggestions were great! Easy to get into town for supplies, but far enough out to enjoy peace (and crickets frogs!). A lovely little retreat!"

"All of the amenities were very clean, especially the dock, porches, and hot tub. It was super helpful to have all the supplies we needed – ice was made, there were extra basic seasonings, coffee, filters, dish, and laundry detergent; no need to bring extra cleaning products. Fully stocked with lifejackets and games for both kids and adults. You don’t need to bring entertainment options. Paddle boat was already in the water, but you really need 2 able-bodied adults to move the canoes and kayaks down to the lake. Located in VERY SAFE private cove if you don’t want to venture into high boat traffic. Tons of birds made for a beautiful dawn chorus!"
