"Clean, updated older home. Good communication with friendly host, who offered late check out. Was surprised that there was no door to close to the bathroom in the king room and no door to close off the boat bedroom. the docks pictured do not go with this property. It only has a small stairway to a very small cove of water, which was low so we couldn't get in kayaks without going through mud. We weren't there much so this didn't matter to us. Good location for attending parents' weekend at Clemson, apx a 35 minute drive to campus."

"This house is beautiful! It’s so spacious and has games, hot tub, lake floats, everything your family would like to do . We had 13 stay and everyone had plenty of room . We gathered in the great room and watched football on the huge tv! The lake access is fantastic. Perfect for large family gatherings! "

"It was great! The house was beautiful and so was the area surrounding the house. There was a lot of entertaining things to do whether you want to hang out at the lake, play pool, cards or watch a movie. It was very clean and comfortable. We definitely would like to come back again."

"Great stay, pickle ball court was a big draw, and we made good use of it. I would only say that the check in would have been much better if at noon or 1pm and check out noon. Checking in at 4 pm and out at 10 makes you have to scramble with not much time to relax and enjoy the property. Otherwise, it was perfect! Clean, new, excellent lay out with modern appliances and large screen TV."

"Great house especially for larger groups with varying age kids! We recently stayed for a week with a few families & kids aged 17-8. Can't beat 4 king bedrooms with en suite bathrooms upstairs & the downstairs is great for kids. Adults & kids enjoyed the ping pong, pool table etc. The dock is large & one of the nicest ones we've stayed at over the years. Quiet cove & nice deep water an extra plus. And the town of Hartwell is only a 15 min drive with a few restaurants & some boutiques etc. Would def stay here again. "
