On the ground floor, a bedroom with a 160x200 bed with its private bathroom (walk-in shower), separate toilet, pantry with washing machine and small freezer. Upstairs, 4 bedrooms: a bedroom with a 160x200 bed / private bathroom, a bedroom with a 140x190 bed, a bedroom with two 0.90m beds, a bedroom with two 0.90m beds, bathroom (walk-in shower), separate toilet. Relaxation area on the landing with two armchairs. Garden furniture with parasol. Shared ping-pong table. Shops in Pujols 3 km - Land shared by the 4 gîtes located on the property. Heating by pellet stove (bags of pellets for sale on site, first bag free) on the ground floor and electric heating upstairs - Bed linen, bathroom linen and end-of-stay cleaning service are available for a fee.
