"We stayed here for only one night but it was so cosy and clean, we really enjoyed it. We were celebrating our engagement and the host upgraded our room to a lake view to congratulate us. "Ich war sehr enttäuscht von meinem Aufenthalt im Hotel. Das Bad war unzureichend gereinigt, und als wir reklamierten, wurde uns vom Direktor gesagt, wir sollten froh über das fliessende Wasser sein. Nachgereinigt wurde nicht. Wir mussten den Boden im Bad selbst mit einem Tuch reinigen, das danach komplett schmutzig war. "We stumbled on this hidden gem en route to Geneva. We booked a suite for a family which was away from the main hotel we used the car a walk to the main hotel with small children would be possible but tricky. The staff were superb, the food in the restaurant exquisite, the food for the children sublime. Yes it’s expensive but it was worth it. The only thing the hotel lacks is a pool. We would definitely head back there. "
