Good parking. Clean and in good repair. The front desk staff seemed to have limited hours. Oddly, some of the towels were clean but smelled bad and the rest were fine. I discovered this too late to get new towels. I was happy with the room for the price and would stay again.

Staff was friendly and helpful. I stayed here twice in a week on 2 different occasions. During my first stay, my room had no toilet paper and several items of trash remaining in the room leaving me to think the room was not properly cleaned after the previous guest. My 2nd stay was much better and the difference in cleanliness was night and day. Overall, decent stay for a no-frills hotel.

Had to wait for assistance to check in. Only 2 pillows on the queen bed. Multiple bugs in the room. People smoking right outside the room. Ac stunk, i could go on and on

The room smelled like an old bar. The door frame looked like it had been kicked in a few times. I would never stay here ever again and would not recommend it to friends or family.

The property was fine. However, there was only 2 bath towels, no bath rug, and 1 little disk of hand soap. Breakfast was indicated in the advertisement but we did not find any. There were NO hangers to hang coats or clothes. And the door locking safety chain was broken. We will not be going there EVER again.

Terrible water pressure. Bathroom never cleaned between tenants was disgusting thank god my kid had flip flops for the shower. Blood on the sheets and god knows what type of fluids. Was cold when we were there and there was no heat at all. Will never stay here again and honestly wish i could get a refund . waste of money

Room was not as pictured!! Wallpaper peeling of the wall, spiders in every corner, shower was not clean, items left in fridge. Cracked floor tiles on unlevel floor in bathroom pinching feet when stepped on. Maintenence not kept up, run down, carpet very old and stained. Had to clean the remote before it could be used. Only one gentleman handling everything who couldn't keep up with, check inn's, cleaning rooms and Maintenance.

Well To begin with I asked for Handicapped room, Said they only had one and it was taken. The rug was wet. The tub was dirty. Sheets were stained . Had no blankets. The refrigerator was off and full of water. They said Ice machine was broke. The telephone didn't work.. Broken down cars in back tires off and junk laying on it. When I went to check out 8-4 person asleep in lobby wouldn't respond so I put the key in tray and left. I was very disappointed in these accommodations. Not what they showed in picture. I am ashamed to have stayed here and will not have good things to say about this Inn. Fell like I was over charged. Oh I also didn't get my receipt for payment.

I reserved a queen room and at check in was changed to a 2 double beds room at the end of the building. The room smelled extremely strongly of mildew and mold. I tried to air it out and run the air conditioner when I went out for dinner but it only made of worse. I talked to person at the office to ask to be changed and was told there was no other room. I said… I guess I’ll have to deal with it then and his response was yes, thank you. There are dead bugs all over the AC unit, there is a hole in the floor under the flooring in the bathroom that has even worse mold/mildew smell coming from the crack in the flooring. Also lots of tiny black flies in the bathroom. There is only bottom sheet and top sheet on the bed with no blanket or comforter. The chain lock on the door is broken. I can’t imagine the mildew/mold very healthy for long term exposure. The room needs to be checked for black mold. Not sure why they couldn’t move me. The parking lot was far from full so I’m pretty sure there could have been other room. I wasn’t expecting the ritz for the price of the room but just needed a place to sleep… I can put up with a lot …however it was not comfortable with the smell

No coffee maker in room. Towels were extremely worn and stained. Toilet seat was loose. There was water on floor when I arrived and I used a hand towel to dry. Door lock was mediocre at best and air was flowing under the door. Poor maintenance.

The place looked nothing like the pictures on expedia. Online it looked new in person it was rundown overgrown and plain dirty. The room I had was recently remodeled and appeared decent upon entry. Closer investigation showed stained sheets worn out towels a dirty shower and so on. Though the sheets were clean there appeared to be all kinds of stains same with the towels. My ratings are based on perception. It is nowhere near as nice as posted online. So I guess my ratings are based on the perception portrayed online. I personally was able to sleep well take a shower and move along with my trip so that part was good.
