"First time booking holiday inn on hotels.com rather than holiday inn app, I thought our room was not as nice as my precious stay's. Also the room was missing the tv remote but I did not tell reception until morning when checking out as we arrived so late at night. The staff did apologise and are all friendly. "

"Have stayed here before, and always pleasant staff...we were 3 hours early for check in, but we're given a room anyway! This really made our stay 😀 great room, comfortable and a lovely shower...only downfall this time was we couldn't heat the room up and it was very cold....heated up after a few hours. "Well positioned, close to car parking. Modern, clean, quiet and excellent staffing at all times. Good traditional breakfast too. Rooms comfortable and modern 👍👍"

"All staff were very nice and friendly. Room was clean and well presented, although I had to ask at reception on how to work the lights ( keycard reader inside room). Coffee machine in foyer lounge was an excellent addition at no extra charge! Restaurant/bar food - fish and chips, lovely food and service. Breakfast was a plenty and varied buffet style. At 5ft 4, I found the beds a bit too high, felt like a hobbit trying to get in, although it did give my sister and I a good laugh! All in all I totally recommend. "

"We had a really lovely stay at the Maldron. The staff were welcoming & helpful on check in & check out. Our room was very clean & great amenities provided in the room. With complementary water, tea & coffee. As someone who can’t drink caffeine it was nice to see Decaf options and alternative teas available. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others coming to Glasgow. Very minor observation is that we could hear the lift from our room (it pinging & the voice over), at night this was a bit annoying but nothing earplugs or headphones didn’t sort out. "
