"Room was clean and well appointed. The staff was very helpful in making dining recommendations. The elevator was not working while we were there, which was fine for us, but would have been problematic if we had any accessibility issues. The area is nice, and with a student in school there, we'll likely be back. I would definitely stay at this hotel again."

"This was a wonderful home for the week. The cottage is well equipped.There are so many great places to enjoy the cottage’s lake views. The pontoon boat and kayaks were a big hit. Beds were very comfortable and the sleeping porch was a big hit. The host was very responsive. The lake was beautiful and we hope to stay again. Highly recommend!"

"the listing pictures need to be up dated the dock is not as shown, The boat should be off the listing it is sadly in need of repair on many fronts ! the hot tub worked very well ! the host was very pleasant. we had a great time the water toys are All old we used them but they are showing their age there is only one exit door"

"The best we have ever experienced, This "cabin" is stellar, they have thought of everything. When we checked in, they said just two people, and yep, we feel guilty, but this was just what the doctor ordered!! We imagined huge family gatherings here, but the peace, quiet and calm that it offered was great for us too. So many special places outside too. We read, we napped, we took the boat out for hours and fished (and btw the best fishing was just across our bay, behind the turtle log, with turtles on it about 7 at night, killer spot) We have been on these northern lakes and in Algonquin for over 30 years and have never seen this many Loon families. Four different groups, they were amazing to watch. We had a snapper that we saw in our bay every day. I did dip my toes all the time thinking I have never heard of anyone losing a toe to a turtle while dipping, we look around the lake and say how in the world do they build these places in these spots, well with this one that is 80, just unreal. Thanks for sharing this magical place with us!"
