"I would not recommend staying here. No towels, shampoo containers empty, phone to report issues not working, ice machine not working, safe malfunctioning, and worst of all, the noise level was way beyond acceptable due to noisy partying in the parking lot until after 1am. I do commend the staff for doing what little they could to resolve the issues but they are not given the training, knowledge or authority to handle these issues. Shame on Quality Inns for operating such a dismal property. "

"The hotel is conveniently located near the Qaks Mall & I-75. The staff was friendly and the room clean. Breakfast was better than the standard you receive at a hotel. "

The subsequent room was odorous, old worn, drains of the sink and tub were uncovered, the toilet was tall enough for a 5 year old to sit on, and the breakfast was a cellophane wrapped disaster. The price was comparable to the La Quinta next door but the value was less than a Hotel 6."

"The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The room was clean. Parking was easy and convenient. The A/C unit was easily adjustable to your own comfort level. We had a slight issue with logging into some of our steaming accounts but that was the only issue. "
