"If you want to stay in midtown, you can’t beat the location — a 2 minute walk from Penn Station. Times Square, theaters, Hudson Yards and the High Line are all walkable. The staff were all friendly and helpful, from the desk people to housekeeping. The room was clean and everything was working. I would happily stay there again."

"The property was well situated close to Times Square and Shows. The room was comfortable. The problems were that it was stated that we would get a bottle of wine per night and did not get. We told them that it was our anniversary and insulted us by giving us one small bag of popcorn. Not two but only one. The free breakfast was bagged with rude staff and we were supposed to get a free walking tour from the hotel and it was not available; it was only from other sister hotels."

"The hotel is in a great location. Easy access to attractions and public transportation. The rooms are small, but adequate and clean. Lobby is roomy and staff will go above and beyond to help. Elevator service was a bit sketchy during my stay, but again the staff was aware, handled the traffic and the elevators were at full capacity within hours. Highly recommend,"

"Great hotel for a stay in NYC! The room was nice (we even had 2 bathrooms), it was clean, and the beds were comfortable. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The location was good for us—it was an easy walk from Grand Central, for the train and the subway. We had a drink at the bar on our way out for the night. It was a little pricey (expected for a NYC hotel), but the atmosphere and the service made it worth the little splurge. I definitely would stay here again."
