In theory i had breakfast included and did not receive them, check in wait was terrible and room carpet was a bit dusty. Not bad but think there are better options for the price.

Excellent location for Toronto sights access.
Room was brillaint - lots of space and well maintained.
Breakfast had lots of choice and freshly stocked regularly. Go for breakfast between 7-8.30 to avoid the final rush at 9.
Staff were always friendly and helpful.
Only downside was that the corridors outside rooms were laminated and the security doors were very loud when they shut - if occupiers left them to slam - that made it really loud when inconsiderate people returned late at night - so earplugs might be best.
Would stay there again!

Nit great for a “luxury” hotel
The staff are mostly clueless and it’s a hassle for them to understand simple room service order
Second or third time we give them a chance and they really don’t get any better.
