Overall, I enjoyed my stay. I requested a fan which was brought up quickly. I requested housekeeping I only received when I asked again. Out of 4 days, I only had housekeeping once. I encourage the hotel to ensure the message relayed at check in is carried out during the stay. You can hear noise through the doors so if someone is being loud, you will hear it. Some of the fixtures. in the bathroom are worn and need replacement. The hotel took a noise complaint I made about another room seriously. I would stay again because my interactions with staff were good and I felt like I got what I paid for.

Love the property smack middle of downtown Chicago… what unique was the rooftop which I was disappointed I did not get to go it was packed or reserved privately.

"Great breakfast, room and service. Only down side, if someone has a room on the end closest to the taphouse, and they are having live music outdoors, the sound travels to the rooms on that end.
